If you don't fill the tube when fully flaccid, you make a mess. I have looked at the devices designed for tiny penises and they look uncomfortable. My little fella is 5cm flaccid. I would love to get some links for a comfortable device for long-term usage, taking into consideration functionality like being able to relieve and clean myself easily.
