All husbands wives and bulls are different. There are many things in life that can lead us to enjoy different things. Who enjoys the pregnancy risk factor? I’d course it’s something that needs to be discussed before hand.

Not an issue for us any longer. We started the lifestyle when my wife was 45 so  the risk of pregnancy is long gone.

My wife is 48y old and her dr' told her to be careful and use protection if she doesn't want to get pregnant.

That is possible. But my wife is now 54. Yes we had her on birth control the first few years but now it’s no longer necessary.
