how to stop pop ups sites

I'm not looking at videos any more you have some bad pop up if your not quick enough to delete it locks your computer this is the second time ive brought this problem up can you look into it please love the videos

Use opera browser it has one of the best (in my opinion) ad blockers + vpn in private mode.
